Per Article VI. Section II. Subsection (c) of the Election Regulations, “The Election Commissioner shall keep record of all reported violations against candidates and the resulting decision to assess or not assess a fine in a document available to the public.” Records prior to 2018 can be provided upon request, but due to regular changes made to the Election Regulations, the previous 3 years’ records are most relevant to the current election cycle.
